$16,000-$17,000 in my opinion, don’t go with such a low grade of clarity with such a large stone. inclusions will be obviously seen with the naked eye. compromise somewhere in the middle. with a single stone, i would recommend staying at a clarity of si2 or higher

I2 clarity is the type of inclusions, that you do not want in a diamond. Many of the better stores will not sell a diamond this poor.

Found a website that sells diamonds this poor of quality.

They have 2 G color I2 clarity diamonds, one about $4000, and another a little more.

So based on that maybe diamond you are looking at should cost $5000.

Consider a smaller diamond with at least SI2 quality. At 1.5 carats you can get a much nicer diamond at a similar price.
