Sell it before the Russians flood the market with real looking synthetics.
jewelry is not really a good investment. it won’t increase like other commodities, besides increasing with inflation. if you really want to invest, sell the diamond and invest the money in an IRA, stocks, mutual funds, etc. (do your research first). make sure you get the stone appraised before you sell (and get several appraisals, not just one). good luck!
